We’re looking for a dynamic leader to shape the global product vision and strategy for our hearing-aid consumer applications. This role drives the digital transformation from hardware-focused to software-led solutions, blending innovation, data insights, and user experience to deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and execute the global app strategy and growth roadmap.
Drive consumer engagement and commercial success through data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Europe.
Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and commercial teams for global delivery.
Build business cases, forecast ROI, and ensure product excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in Product Management (digital, consumer tech, or connected devices).
Proven expertise in data-driven product leadership and agile environments.
Strong experience collaborating across global markets (India ↔ Europe preferred).
