You will fully own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Financial Services SaaS portfolio, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and digital lending capabilities, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience within highly regulated environments.Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate clear product vision, roadmap, and goals that align stakeholders and reflect market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Serve as the voice of the customer and champion user stories, ensuring prioritization and delivery of features with high business impact and usability. Lead the full lifecycle of lending product capabilities: loan origination, loan servicing, underwriting automation, credit risk orchestration, and repayment processing. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, bridging technical feasibility and customer value to iteratively deliver working software while managing scope, timelines, and quality. Drive AI/ML initiatives such as smart underwriting, business rules engines (BRE), and automated credit decisioning to optimize straight-through processing and mitigate risks. Design and enhance omni-channel customer journeys with rich analytics integration to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. Coordinate cross-functional teams (risk, compliance, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on feature requirements, go-to-market strategy, and regulatory compliance. Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management to maximize velocity and team efficiency while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature success, portfolio health, UX efficacy, and financial outcomes; use data-driven insights to optimize product evolution. Foster a collaborative, transparent working environment with stakeholders, creating buy-in and managing expectations across all levels. Mentor and grow product teams, promoting best practices in agile product ownership and continuous learning.Required Skills Qualifications: 10+ years of senior product management or product ownership experience in fintech, digital lending, or financial services SaaS with deep knowledge ofLOS andLMS capabilities. Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial products into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize a backlog accordingly to deliver high-impact releases. Experience collaborating intimately with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to produce iterative, quality software deliveries. Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in underwriting automation, decision engines, and workflow optimization within lending platforms. Proven success driving omnichannel user engagement strategies informed by robust analytics and customer feedback. Excellent stakeholder management skills with a capacity to balance competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment across diverse teams. Strong technical literacy to interface effectively with developers, architects, and data scientists on platform design and integrations. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at managing backlogs, sprints, and release cycles. Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance considerations, and risk frameworks impacting fintech product development.
