Senior Product Manager-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Trade

Role Overview: You will be responsible for structuring, developing, and enhancing domestic trade and supply chain finance solutions for multinationals, domestic large & medium size corporates in North and East India. Your key focus areas will include managing existing programs, driving digital initiatives, achieving profitability targets, and expanding the supply chain business by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Structure, develop, and enhance domestic trade and supply chain finance solutions for clients in North and East India. - Manage existing programs from an Anchor relationship perspective and grow the existing supply chain book. - Drive digital initiatives on various trade products, including supply chain products. - Drive profitability and achieve the required Net Interest Income (NII) from a Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) perspective. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand the supply chain business and grow revenues. - Tie-up with corporates to implement various supply chain financing products. - Explore, engage, and acquire FINTECH companies to enable supply chain financing for banks. - Develop a business plan to market supply chain products and roll-out enhancements to existing products. - Monitor the portfolio hygiene of all existing programs on an ongoing basis. Qualifications Required: - Corporate sales experience with an understanding of supply chain products is preferable. - Minimum 10 years of banking experience with a focus on managing large corporate relationships. - Familiarity with extant regulations such as RBI Guidelines on Receivable Finance, Factoring, and Bill discounting. - Strong team player with the ability to engage and work effectively with various teams. - Self-driven, motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
