About the Role: As the Product Manager for Orange Protect (Our Health/Medical Insights Product), you will lead the development and evolution of our flagship health risk assessment and management product. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and driving its execution to deliver exceptional value to our users. This role requires a unique blend of medical knowledge, business acumen, and product management expertise. You will work closely with medical, design, engineering, data science, and medical teams to build a product that empowers users to proactively manage their health and well-being. Roles and Responsibilities: The person in this position will be responsible for the product development of our flagship wellness product - Orange Protect . The senior product manager will be part of the core strategic group of the company and will help us execute product strategies aligned with Orange Health Lab s growth objectives. The role will require the product leader to handle the following responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Orange Protect. Conduct medical research and build medical pathways with our medical advisory board for risk assessment of diseases and tests required for same. Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and business goals. Product Development and Execution Work closely with design to develop an intuitive and engaging interface for health risk and recommendations Collaborate with engineering to manage product backlog and deliver high-quality product releases. Data Analysis and Insights Analyze user data and health trends to identify insights and opportunities for product improvement. Develop and refine the algorithms and logic for health risk assessments and recommendations. Build a self-evolving health check-up feature that adapts to users aging and data accumulation. Stakeholder Management Work closely with medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and validity of health information and recommendations. Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and user adoption. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders. Skills We are looking For: Qualifications: Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) + MBA preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on medical products. Proven expertise in building and launching health-related digital products. Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology.
