About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape our product experience and monetization strategy. You'll lead key initiatives—Subscription, Loyalty Programs, Pricing, Offers—while balancing user needs between binge-watchers and samplers. This role demands strong user empathy, analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and insight generation. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap for a world-class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs
• Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams
• Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines
• Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in product management (tech/software/enterprise), building internal or platform products
• 3+ years in core product management (B2C preferred)
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive impact on complex initiatives
• Strong first-principles problem-solving and structured thinking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset—turning insights into strategy
• Passion for scalable, innovative platforms
• High bias for action with a results-driven approach
• Ability to lead multiple products and collaborate cross-functionally
