We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to drive the next wave of innovation in Microsoft Word, focusing on AI-first experiences and mobile platforms. Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the roadmap for AI-powered features in Word mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive signals into a compelling product vision.
- AI Experience Development
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, natural language processing, and personalization to enhance productivity scenarios in Word.
- Define and track success metrics for AI features (quality, trust, adoption, engagement).
- Mobile-Centric Execution
- Optimize AI experiences for mobile users—on-the-go scenarios like quick edits, smart summaries, voice-driven input, and contextual assistance.
- Drive rapid iteration using experimentation (A/B testing, flighting), analytics, and user feedback loops.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
