Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Engineer to join ourengineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertisein backend development, architecture, and cloud technologies, alongwith the ability to mentor junior engineers. This role requires advancedproblem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to designscalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performanceoptimization. Deploy and manage applications in the cloud using AWS services. Design and optimise relational and NoSQL databases such asMongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including productmanagers, QA, and DevOps. Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews for junior engineers. Ensure version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket).

Required Skills

 Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of database design and optimisation. Proficiency in Git-based collaboration workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture. Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Skills: design,cloud,aws,springboot,microservices,database,dsa
