Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We’re building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies.

Our MVP is in development, and we’re assembling a global founding team. Now we’re looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to establish the core security and infrastructure of Obinex from day one.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Web3 Product Designer to join Obinex and redefine the user experience in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. As a product designer, you will drive the creative and strategic vision for our groundbreaking Web3 products, ensuring exceptional user experiences that resonate with our mission of innovation and impact.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product owner, engineers, and senior leadership—to craft user-centric solutions that set new standards in blockchain technology. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the design function at Obinex and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized products.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Conceptualization: Define user needs and translate them into product concepts, leveraging Web3

and blockchain insights.

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather data on the pain points

and expectations of early adopters.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate quickly on ideas and

solutions.

• UI/UX Design: Design seamless, secure, and intuitive user interfaces, considering the complexity of

FinTech and Web3 transactions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and the founding team to align on

product goals and prioritize features.

• Tokenomics & Crypto Integration: Design systems that incorporate token economics, digital wallets, and

decentralized finance (DeFi) principles.

• Compliance & Security Design: Ensure that designs meet regulatory and security requirements critical in

the FinTech space.

• User Education: Design tools or interfaces that simplify complex Web3 and FinTech concepts for end users, promoting adoption.

• Iterative Design: Continuously improve the product based on feedback, testing, and new Web3/FinTech

innovations.

• Branding: Develop a cohesive brand experience that communicates trust and innovation, essential in

early-stage FinTech startups.

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

• A Strong Design Portfolio: demonstrating vision, innovation and story-telling skills

• UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in user-centric design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and

creating user flows that simplify complex interactions.

• Design Tools: Expertise in design tools like Figma, Illustrator and Miro

• Design Systems: An in-depth understanding of creating design systems, ideally from scratch and how to

apply them, and how to effectively contribute to them

• User Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret data to inform

design decisions.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills to align with developers,

product managers, and stakeholders in an early-stage environment.

• Agility & Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced, uncertain environments and iterate quickly based on

feedback and changing priorities.

• A positive and resilient outlook: embracing input with a desire for continuous iteration

and improvement
