Senior Product Designer

to design

enterprise reporting and workflow tracking solutions

. This role focuses on transforming raw data and operational processes into clear, usable, and insightful digital experiences that help businesses make faster, more informed decisions. You will partner closely with product managers, data teams, and engineers to bring clarity and usability to highly complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of reporting dashboards and workflow tracking tools for enterprise platforms.
Translate technical and analytical requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
Create prototypes and interaction flows that simplify complex reporting processes.
Work closely with data and analytics teams to visualize insights in an intuitive way.
Conduct usability testing with enterprise users to validate reporting tools.
Develop scalable design frameworks for data visualization and workflow management.
Ensure compliance with accessibility and enterprise usability standards.
Document design decisions and create guidelines for reporting interfaces.
Actively contribute to design reviews, offering and receiving feedback.

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience designing B2B dashboards, reporting systems, or workflow tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization and enterprise UX.
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and system-based design.
Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, data hierarchies, and usability principles.
Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance design vision with business and technical constraints.
