What You will Do

  • Lead design across digital products – from research, wireframing, and prototyping to polished UI 
  • Build and manage design systems for consistency and scalability 
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into user-first solutions 
  • Advocate design thinking across the organization and mentor junior designers 


What We are Looking For

  • 8–12 years of design experience with 5+ years in UI/UX and 2–3 years in a leadership/mentorship role 
  • Mastery of

    Figma (primary),

    with exposure to

    Sketch/Adobe CC, InVision, and Miro

     
  • Additional exposure to

    CorelDRAW

    and

    Adobe Illustrator

    will be an asset 
  • Strong foundation in

    visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

     
  • Experience running

    user research

    and synthesizing insights into product decisions 
  • Excellent communication – ability to present design strategies to stakeholders 
  • Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design thinking 


Nice to Have

  • Degree in Design, HCI, or related field 
  • UX certifications (NN/g, Google UX, etc.) 
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS

  2. Case Study Discussion (Virtual/Hybrid – based on past work) 
  3. Panel Interview (Hybrid/Onsite)
