What We’re Looking For

Senior Product Designer

• Comfortable working solo or as part of a small design pod
• Deeply familiar with

  B2B SaaS

  UX patterns, particularly in complex or AI-first workflows
• Able to

  think in systems

  — information architecture, design systems, modular UI
• Fast and self-managed — you can take a brief and run with it
• Obsessed with clarity — not just in visuals, but also in how products communicate with users

Your Role

As our freelance design partner, you’ll:

• Collaborate with founders or product leads on 1–2 active projects/month
• Take ownership of flows: from audit → UX thinking → wireframes → clean UI
• Simplify messy interfaces (dashboards, onboarding, workflows, etc.)
• Create scalable, dev-friendly design systems when needed
• Sometimes contribute to product strategy, copy suggestions, and UX thinking

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS
• A portfolio showing clean, thoughtful work (especially complex flows)
• Fluent in Figma, components, variables, and auto-layout best practices
• Bonus: You’ve designed for AI or data-heavy tools (CRMs, dashboards, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience working async with lean teams or startups
