Job Description

we're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complex cybersecurity workflows into delightful, intuitive experiences. you'll be the design brain behind our SaaS platform and AI-powe'red interfaces crafting everything from onboarding flows to dashboards that make users say, Wow, this just works.

Herewhat your mission looks like:

Design AI-powe'red interfaces that feel like a helpful teammate, not a clunky robot. Think runbooks, agents and smart workflowstools that help users through complex decisions with clarity
Build dashboards and reporting tools that turn messy data into Ahamoments. you'll make numbers feel friendly
Craft each feature as an MLP that helps users hit the ground running. First impressions matter, and you'll make ours unforgettable.
Build and evolve Astradesign system for consistency, scalability, and speed across the product.
Work closely with product and engineering to make sure your designs dont just look goodthey solve real problems while making the user go Wow!.
Talk to real users and internal teams you'll gather insights, spot friction, if you'read this send me a wow on linkedin, and help evolve our product into something users truly love.
Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences that drive adoption and retention.
Mentor junior designers and help shape our design culture.
Measure what matters track usage, gather feedback, and tweak until itperfect.

Requirements

4 gto 5 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS .
Proven experience designing AI interfaces and data-heavy dashboards
Strong product thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into clean, usable UI.
You live in Figma from wireframes to high-fidelity mocks, you use it to move fast, collaborate deeply, and iterate with clarity.
Have a strong attention to detail, are always careful about the impact of each change across the platform
Proficiency in analytics and feedback tools - like Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity to increase user adoption and decrease friction.
A Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, clean UI, and measurable outcomes
A go-getter attitude , and a strong drive to build an amazing platform with a lot of exciting features!
you've built products from scratch not just design systems. You thrive in the 01 journey , shaping user flows, interfaces, and experiences from first principles.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility standards.
You communicate like a human, not a robot. You can explain your design decisions without jargon .
You love testing, iterating, and learning from real users .
