Job Description: We’re looking for a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist to turn organic search into Astra’s unfair advantage. This role isn’t about optimizing for impressions or chasing vanity traffic. It’s about driving meaningful discovery and turning it into qualified leads, month after month. You’ll take charge of how Astra shows up in search, from core landing pages to bold experiments across technical SEO, content, and programmatic plays. You’ll work closely with the content team to not just rank but convert. If you thrive on ownership, experimentation, and making SEO a serious growth engine, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re not looking for a title. We’re looking for someone who gets things moving. This is a full-time remote position. We are hiring individuals, not agencies or freelancers. What you’ll own & be measured on: Own Astra’s SEO strategy end-to-end — from keyword planning to ranking & conversion Drive consistent month-over-month growth in MQLs via organic channels Work with the content team to publish SEO-focused pages that rank and convert Run keyword research , SERP analysis , and competitor benchmarking to find content and ranking gaps Optimize all pages (home, product, blog, comparison, location-based) for search visibility + conversions Collaborate with devs on technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl budget, etc.) Build topical authority in areas like PTaaS , API security , Cloud Sec, and AI security Track performance with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and HubSpot — and iterate fast Who you are: Have 4-5+ years of SEO experience , ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity space. Have a track record of growing MQLs and pipeline from organic search. Are equally comfortable with content strategy , CRO , technical audits , and SEO analytics. Know how to rank for both TOFU and BOFU keywords and optimize for conversions. Can think strategically but execute fast, with minimal handholding.
