Senior Procurement Manager

As a Senior Procurement Manager at Enerture in Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in leading procurement and supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends for cost-saving opportunities, and establishing relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing the procurement process will be key aspects of your role. In addition, you will be expected to conduct cost-benefit analysis, optimize stock control procedures, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and mitigate potential procurement risks. Leading and mentoring the procurement team, providing training on best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of procurement experience, preferably in a leadership role. Strong skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities, are essential. Knowledge of procurement software and tools, the ability to manage multiple projects, and familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards will be advantageous.
