Responsibilities AML and KYC knowledge, knowledge of risk factors like geographical risk, Business risk, Product risk
Duties may include differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Incident management experience preferred Solid analytical background Ability to take initiative and work independently Independently perform procedures and resolve problems with limited guidance
Must be able to handle multiple, increasingly complex, tasks, prioritize effectively and be flexible as business needs change Draft/review/update departmental and desk policies and procedures, interpret and counsel business partners
Liaison for Audit/regulatory/risk management/compliance reviews Interact with business units to formulate solutions to issues identified during Audit/regulatory/risk management/compliance reviews
Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong Employee Benefit, and Trust and Custody knowledge as evidenced by 05+ years of relevant experience Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
