Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Process Executive to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Trichy I, with 2-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and execute processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize process performance and reduce errors.
Provide training and support to junior team members on processes and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of healthcare management services and CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry.
