Senior Process Engineer

You will be joining PM Group, a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with a diverse team of over 3,600 people. Specializing in delivering intricate capital projects within various sectors, PM Group has a widespread network of offices across Europe, Asia, and the US. **Role Overview:** As a Lead Process Engineer in the Process Department in Bangalore, your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Process Design Teams to achieve project deliverables - Collaborating with other PM Group offices to understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, etc. - Providing technical input and support for Process Design Teams - Developing process solutions for projects - Conducting process calculations and sizing relief devices - Leading technical reviews and designing process and utilities - Interfacing with client design teams/end users **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate Process Design Teams - Collaborate with other PM Group offices - Train the Team on Technical Skills - Provide technical input and support - Develop process solutions - Conduct process calculations - Interface with client design team/end user - Deliver agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule - Lead Technical reviews - Design process and utilities **Qualifications:** - Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering - 18+ years of design experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Chemical industry - Experience in EPC on Pharma/Chemical/Petrochemical as Lead Engineer - Deep sectoral knowledge of Pharma, Chemical, Oil and Gas, or Petrochemical sectors - Ability to coordinate technical resources - Awareness of process safety engineering and management - Design experience for clients from Europe and the USA - Ability to work on own initiative - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to travel to Project office for short visits **Note:** PM Group values Inclusion, Diversity, Corporate Responsibility, and Sustainability as core aspects of its business strategy.
