Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels.
Manage ₹10L–₹1Cr+ monthly ad budgets with focus on profitability (ROAS/ROI targets).
Design and test campaign structures, creatives, and audience strategies tailored for D2C eCommerce brands.
Collaborate with CRO, design, and analytics teams to improve conversion rates and landing page performance.
Analyse campaign data daily, create weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and new ad formats.
Identify new paid channels and opportunities to scale traffic and revenue.
Mentor junior PPC executives and contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Paid Marketing, with at least 2 years in D2C eCommerce.
Proven record of achieving 3x–6x ROAS or higher.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, and Shopify or WooCommerce ad integration.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and dashboards.
Understanding of funnel strategy, remarketing, and customer LTV.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with a strong grasp of eCommerce customer behavior.
Experience with Klaviyo / Retention tools.
Familiarity with AI-driven ad automation and reporting tools.
Understanding of creative strategy and ad psychology for fashion/lifestyle categories.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Work with high-growth D2C brands scaling from ₹10L to ₹1Cr+ monthly revenue.
