Senior Portfolio Counsellor

As a Senior Portfolio Counsellor at EWPL, you will play a crucial role in managing Investment Portfolios of HNI Families. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting Relationship Managers in managing Investment Portfolios of HNI Families. - Achieving desired investment returns for clients by creating & implementing investment strategies. - Conducting market research and analysis to select appropriate investment vehicles. - Monitoring portfolio performance and making necessary adjustments to align with client's goals & risk tolerance. - Developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management plan to mitigate potential risks to client portfolios. - Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction & loyalty through effective communication and proactive engagement. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow Company's AUM. - Adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to portfolio management. - Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality services to clients. - Mentoring and training junior team members / RMs to enhance their relationships and skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA Finance / CA / CFA or FRM. - Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a portfolio counsellor or Relationship Manager in the HNI vertical for NRI & Domestic clients. - Need to have a deeper understanding of Investment products in the Wealth Management space across various Asset Classes. - Strong analytical skills to work on large data and derive meaningful insights. - Good communication and inter-personal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel & presentation skills. - Ability to comply with internal compliances and follow best practices of the industry and code of conduct.
