Senior Planning Engineer

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. This includes critical path and milestone tracking. You should have completed at least 1-2 projects in MS Project from start to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project control and reporting - Project planning in MS Project software - Monitoring and control - Critical path analysis - Resource management - Cost management - Baseline management - Issue management - Look ahead schedules - Schedule crashing if it is getting delayed You will be tracking project progress against planned timelines and budgets, identifying any deviation, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will prepare MIS and circulate it to all relevant internal stakeholders. You must escalate issues to the project head as needed and provide regular updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Your duties will also involve assisting in organizing project meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, and change orders. You will need to ensure digital records and documentation are maintained in line with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
