Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other performance platforms
  • Own end-to-end campaign management including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scaling high-performing campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve performance
  • Analyze campaign data regularly and make data-driven decisions to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively troubleshoot underperforming campaigns
  • Manage and optimize remarketing and funnel-based campaigns
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Coordinate closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
  • Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements

Key Requirements

  • 2 -3 years of proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and conversiontracking.
  • Experience in managing mid-to-high ad budgets with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and tracking pixels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Ads.
  • Exposure to eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
