Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Learn about the companys products/services, target market, and sales strategies
Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads
Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions
Work with the sales team to plan and implement sales strategies
Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate product benefits effectively
Follow up with prospective clients to build strong relationships and close deals
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops for continuous skill development
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
1 - 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage.
Early joiners will be preferred.

Experience

1- 2 years in Sales & Marketing roles.Freshers with strong passion and communication skills may also apply.
