Senior Partnerships Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining SuperAGI as a Senior Associate - Partnerships, where your main responsibility will be to identify, build, and scale partnerships that drive revenue, brand reach, and product innovation. This role requires you to collaborate with various teams within the company to establish high-impact collaborations across different ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across industries and regions. - Take charge of the outreach, relationship-building, and onboarding processes for strategic partners. - Negotiate partnership terms, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market plans. - Manage existing partnerships to ensure joint success, renewals, and expansion opportunities. - Maintain a structured partner pipeline and track partner performance metrics. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to launch co-branded campaigns and partner-led growth initiatives. - Work with Product/Tech teams to support integrations or co-development where applicable. - Drive joint business planning, goal setting, and monthly reviews with key partners. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in driving partnerships (Referral, Reseller, SIs, GSI, ISVs), Business Development, or Strategic Alliances, preferably in a SaaS/Tech/Startup environment. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Demonstrated track record of creating measurable impact through partnerships. - Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM/Analytics tools. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and ownership.,
