Roles and Responsibilities:


The Senior Associate for Partnerships will be a growth hacker, responsible for helping the company partner with other companies, institutions and platforms and increase the revenue. 


The key roles and responsibilities include


1) Partner Identification

- Identify different partners such as job portals, B2B SAAS Companies, education platforms, professional forums, online communities etc.  that can help in generating more business for PlanetSpark 

- Identify key opinion leaders and get meetings with them


2) Partner Conversion

- Craft strong proposals for the partners 

- Close the partnership in a timely manner


3) Account Management

- Take accountability for lead generation from the partnerships 

- Track and monitor data and draw actionable insights 



What are We Looking For?

- 1-4 years of experience in a partnerships or growth hacking role with revenue responsibility

- Existing network with B2B companies or educational institutions will be a big plus 

- Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills

- Deep execution ability
