Role Overview:

Senior Manager – Operations

end-to-end admissions operations


Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the end-to-end admissions strategy

Oversee the entire admissions funnel

Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team

Partner closely with Marketing

Deliver a premium applicant experience

Ensure rigorous evaluations

Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily

Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks

Collaborate cross-functionally

Drive accurate forecasting, planning, and seat allocation

Track intake quality, selection effectiveness, and scholarship utilisation


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

  • 4+ Relevant experience in

    Operations, Admissions, Sales Ops, or Program Execution

    in education, ed-tech, or premium institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM tools, reporting, and data interpretation.
  • Proven capability in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in target-driven, fast-paced environments.


Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education or new-age institutional setups.
  • Exposure to customer experience-oriented environments.
  • Educational background in

    Business, Operations, or related fields
