Logistics and Operations Management
- Manage the entire delivery management process, including supply planning and fulfilment.
- Optimize delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries with minimal cancellations.
- Ensure SLAs are met across all regions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Driver Management
- Plan supply based on demand.
- Activate different sources for supply to address all opportunities.
- Plan and implement initiatives to scale supply and improve driver retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, suppliers).
Team Leadership
- Motivate and lead the delivery team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure team members are well-trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members.
Budget Management
- Monitor the P&L and control operational costs.
- Ensure that the budget is spent effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in hyperlocal delivery operations for multiple locations in India.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
