About the Role:

Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end job application process for clients targeting data and tech roles, ensuring alignment with their career goals.
• Oversee customization of resumes and LinkedIn profiles to maximize job fit, visibility, and response rates.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize application tracking systems and data management tools (spreadsheets, etc.).
• Ensure timely and effective communication and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor job market trends and competitor practices to continuously refine and improve the application and client engagement process.
• Mentor and guide junior operations analysts and coordinate with internal sourcing and recruitment teams as needed.
• Drive operational projects and initiatives that enhance client experience and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs, report on performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.

What You’ll Need

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, client management, IT recruitment/ administrative roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tracking tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Passion for the tech/data job market and understanding of recruitment/application workflows is a plus.
