Job Description

About the Role

: We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer Maintenance to handle electrical maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, manage breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an automotive/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
Minimize equipment downtime and ensure quick breakdown resolution
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions
Coordinate with Production to plan maintenance without affecting output
Troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and electrical systems
Handle SAP MM activities including material requisitions, spares inventory, and consumption tracking
Ensure availability of critical spares and optimize inventory levels
Maintain maintenance documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
Follow SHE practices including LOTO, work permits, PPE usage, and hazard identification
Participate in TPM, Kaizen, cost reduction, energy saving, and reliability improvement activities
