Job Description

iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Senior Officer Maintenance.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer Maintenance to handle electrical maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, manage breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an automotive/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

:Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilitiesMinimize equipment downtime and ensure quick breakdown resolutionPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actionsCoordinate with Production to plan maintenance without affecting outputTroubleshoot electrical systems including panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuitsEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirementsSupport installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and electrical systemsHandle SAP MM activities including material requisitions, spares inventory, and consumption trackingEnsure availability of critical spares and optimize inventory levelsMaintain maintenance documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001Follow SHE practices including LOTO, work permits, PPE usage, and hazard identificationParticipate in TPM, Kaizen, cost reduction, energy saving, and reliability improvement activities
