Lead and manage the manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and quality standards.

Skills Required:

Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in Inverters, Converters, UPS Systems, Power Electronics, or EV Charging solutions.
Strong expertise in overseeing end-to-end plant operations and production management
Proven experience in implementing and evaluating process quality systems
Hands-on experience in power electronics manufacturing environments
Ability to optimize workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
Knowledge of inventory management and material handling processes
Excellent leadership, people management, and team development capabilities
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
