Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
• Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, tellers, and other branch personnel
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments within the Consumer Banking Group to align branch activities with the overall business objectives
• Monitor and analyze branch-level data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branch
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on insights
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency and improving branch performance
• Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
