Purpose/Objective


    The Senior Officer Admin at Kutch Copper Ltd plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative operations that support the strategic objectives of enhancing copper production capabilities and reducing import dependency. This role is integral to maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering collaborations with government entities such as the Ministry of Mines and environmental NGOs. The position is designed to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to the company's sustainability goals through effective administration.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Coordinate administrative functions to support copper extraction and processing operations, ensuring alignment with Kutch Copper Ltd's strategic goals. - Facilitate communication and collaboration with government bodies for regulatory compliance and permit acquisition (Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Environment). - Manage partnerships with environmental NGOs to implement sustainable practices and minimize ecological impact. - Oversee the development and execution of skill development initiatives in collaboration with government agencies. - Support public-private partnerships aimed at infrastructure development in the Kutch region. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in administrative processes. - Implement efficient resource management strategies to optimize operational costs. - Collaborate with industry associations like FIMI and CII for policy advocacy and sharing best practices. - Drive community engagement programs in partnership with local NGOs to enhance community welfare.

Qualifications and Experience


    Required Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience in administrative roles within the mining or metal production industry. - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental standards. - Experience in managing partnerships with government and non-government entities. Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Certification in Environmental Management or Sustainability (preferred). Years & Type of Experience (KPIs): - Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles within the mining sector. - Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
