About Arishta

Arishta is a UK-based healthcare group dedicated to transforming the delivery of care through compassion, professionalism, and innovation. Operating across care homes, home care, and assisted living, Arishta combines human expertise with smart digital systems to deliver safer, smarter, and more transparent care.

As part of our growth, we are establishing a Remote Patient Monitoring Hub in India to provide clinical oversight, data-driven care monitoring, and operational continuity for our UK care operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Nurse – Remote Patient Monitoring Hub will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK-based care homes and domiciliary care teams. This role involves clinical assessment, digital monitoring, care plan oversight, and coordination with on-site nursing and management teams to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

You will work closely with our Clinical Lead in the UK and act as a clinical bridge between on-ground operations and remote management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Assessment

  • Collaborate with care home managers, nurses, and UK clinical leads to review resident assessments and ensure accurate care planning.
  • Evaluate new admissions and clinical assessments, ensuring care plans are evidence-based, person-centred, and aligned with CQC standards.
  • Provide remote clinical guidance to carers and managers regarding residents’ changing needs, risk assessments, and escalation pathways.

Care Plan Management & Monitoring

  • Oversee and validate care plans uploaded to the digital care system (e.g. Person-Centred Software, Nourish, or PASS).
  • Monitor completion of care tasks and interventions to ensure compliance with prescribed care plans.
  • Identify discrepancies or missed tasks and flag them for corrective action to the care home management team.
  • Ensure that all changes in clinical condition are logged, reviewed, and actioned promptly.

Remote Monitoring & Clinical Reporting

  • Continuously monitor vital signs and alerts received from connected devices (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, etc.) for all residents under digital monitoring.
  • Analyse data trends, identify anomalies, and raise alerts or recommendations for intervention.
  • Prepare weekly clinical audit reports highlighting trends, incidents, and compliance status across homes.
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary review meetings with UK teams to discuss audit findings and improvement plans.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact between the India Monitoring Hub and UK care sites outside regular UK working hours.
  • Support the UK management team during out-of-office hours, responding to urgent calls, incidents, and care escalations through defined protocols.
  • Liaise with families (when requested by UK teams) to share non-urgent health updates and ensure transparent communication.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all remote monitoring processes adhere to CQC, GDPR, and UK care standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of clinical policies, audit tools, and SOPs within the remote monitoring framework.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement by identifying patterns, training needs, and risk areas.

Training & Development

  • The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training in the United Kingdom, spending time in Arishta’s care homes to gain first-hand exposure to UK care standards and operational systems.
  • Post-training, the nurse will lead the remote clinical operations from India, mentoring junior monitoring staff as the team expands.

Skills & Competencies

  • Registered Nurse with valid Indian Nursing Council registration (UK NMC eligibility desirable but not essential).
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in adult care, geriatric care, or hospital settings.
  • Strong understanding of care planning, safeguarding, medication management, and infection control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with digital health platforms, remote monitoring tools, and electronic care planning systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent organisational and coordination skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • International exposure and on-site training in the UK.
  • Opportunity to be part of an innovative healthcare model combining clinical care and technology.
  • Career progression into leadership roles within Arishta’s global operations hub.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on transforming care delivery.
