Job Description

As a Network & Security Specialist you will be required to work with customers from multiple industries. You will be responsible for various tasks, including HLD & LLD creation, device configurations and providing operational technical support to the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities

• This role majorly focuses on deployment of Network and Security devices (Routers/Switches/Firewall/Wi-Fi/NAC Devices as SME etc).
• Implement, configure, test and install Networking Devices as specified, in accordance with the system specifications / solution document.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Utilize tools like Nagios or SolarWinds to monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Responsible for on-site or remote implementation as required.
• Communicating and collaborating with various members of customer and internal teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts/issues in a simple, relevant manner.
• Responsible for creating project documentation such as As-Is / HLD and LLD documents.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with different IT vendors to arrive at a technical solution for those requirements.
• Participate in the professional and technical development of junior team members.

• VPN (IPSEC/SSL)
• Routing Protocol : OSPF/BGP/TCP/IP
• Certifications : CCNA,CCNP, CCIE
