Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Monitoring Tools Specialist with 9 to 14 years of experience in IT, based in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring tools and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure, and services.
Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive incident management.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure system reliability and observability.
Troubleshoot complex monitoring and logging issues and optimize system performance.
Drive automation initiatives to improve monitoring coverage and reduce manual effort.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of monitoring architecture, dashboards, alerts, metrics, and log analysis.
Experience in implementing and optimizing monitoring solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace is mandatory; Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana are optional.
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is also optional.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript scripting for automation, integrations, and custom dashboards.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for monitoring integration.
Understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
