Senior Monitoring Engineer - LogicMonitor & Grafana

Job Title : Senior Monitoring Engineer LogicMonitor & Grafana Experience : 4+ Years Joining : Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LogicMonitor implementation and support, along with Grafana setup and customization. You will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining monitoring solutions that ensure system reliability, performance, and availability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support LogicMonitor monitoring solutions across infrastructure and applications. Perform LogicMonitor onboarding, dashboard creation, alert configuration, and integration with ITSM tools. Configure and customize Grafana dashboards using various data sources (e.g., Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch). Work with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to gather monitoring requirements and deliver effective solutions. Maintain and optimize existing monitoring configurations to ensure performance and scalability. Troubleshoot monitoring issues and provide timely support. Document implementation procedures, configuration guides, and support documentation. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in infrastructure/application monitoring. Proven hands-on experience with LogicMonitor implementation and ongoing support. Proficient in Grafana setup, dashboard creation, and integration with multiple data sources. Strong knowledge of system performance metrics, alerts, thresholds, and SLAs. Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation tasks is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) monitoring is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
