About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile App Developer who can lead and manage our mobile development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React Native (Front-end) and Node.js (Backend) along with end-to-end deployment knowledge for publishing apps on the Google Play Store.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of mobile app developers.
• Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct technical training sessions and performance reviews.

Mobile App Development

• Develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Work closely with backend developers using Node.js.
• Ensure smooth API integrations, optimal performance, and responsiveness.

Deployment & Release Management

• Handle end-to-end deployment of mobile applications on the Play Store.
• Troubleshoot build issues and manage release cycles.
• Ensure compliance with Play Store policies.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Provide accurate time estimates and project updates.
• Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices.

Quality & Optimization

• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Optimize application architecture for speed and reliability.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing and reviews.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in React Native & Node.js (Senior mindset & leadership ability required).
• Good English communication - written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Redux, third-party libraries, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with publishing 2–3 apps on the Play Store.
• Knowledge of backend services, authentication, and data handling.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a development team.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Firebase, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of app security & performance optimization.
