Senior Mobile Application Developer

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cross-platform apps with React Native (TypeScript) + Expo.
  
• Ship features end-to-end: requirements architecture implementation testing release.
  
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL backends; handle auth, caching, and error states.
  
• Manage releases with

  EAS

  and OTA updates.
• Set up and refine

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
• Implement unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, RNTL, Detox).
  
• Track performance and crashes (Sentry, Firebase) and optimize startup time & bundle size.
  

Required Skills:

• 25 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
  
• Strong expertise in

  React Native, Expo, and TypeScript

  .
• Knowledge of state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), offline storage, push notifications, in-app purchases.
  
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum.
  
• REST/GraphQL API integration, JSON, websockets.
  
• Degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Platform UX fluency:

  Apple Human Interface Guidelines; Android Material guidelines; navigation/a11y nuances.

• Store policy savvy:

  Apple App Store Review Guidelines; Google Play policies; SDK data disclosure.

• Privacy on iOS:

  App Privacy details and

  Privacy Manifest

  (including SDK manifests).

• Android packaging:

  Android App Bundles (AAB)

  TestFlight/internal testing tracks; staged rollouts/phased releases; robust observability.

• Security depth:

  Keychain/Keystore usage, cert pinning, obfuscation/hardening aligned with

  OWASP MASVS

• Native bridges:

  Ability to write/maintain small native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Obj-C/Java) when Expo coverage falls short.

• Internationalization:

  i18n/l10n (pluralization, RTL, dynamic layouts, store metadata).

• Experimentation & flags:

  A/B testing and feature flag rollouts tied to analytics.

• Cloud chops:

  AWS/GCP/Azure; Firebase suite; feature flagging (LaunchDarkly/ConfigCat).
