About the Role

VR experiences

Key Responsibilities

Build
gameplay systems, interactions, and immersive UI
for VR platforms.
Implement
locomotion mechanics
(teleport/smooth), grabbing, hand rays, and haptic feedback.
Optimize performance
for smooth frame rates and player comfort.
Collaborate with
designers, artists, and QA
to take features from concept to launch.
Manage
builds, releases, and bug fixes
efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of
Unity (C#)
or
Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)
.
Experience with
OpenXR
and at least one VR SDK (
Meta
,
SteamVR
, etc.).
Solid understanding of
3D math, physics, and performance profiling
.
Familiarity with
version control (Git)
and
CI/build systems
.
A
portfolio
or
shipped VR title(s)
that demonstrate your work.

Nice to Have

Shader basics (
HLSL/GLSL
)
Networking / Multiplayer development
Hand tracking
or gesture recognition
Audio spatialization
experience
Quest / Steam store submission
experience
