Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accurate and reliable reports.
Utilize Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Countif, HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation) for daily reporting and analysis.
Download, clean, organize, and map data from multiple systems based on reporting requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding observations, discrepancies, and documentation.
Maintain a comprehensive tracker of vendor responses and ensure timely updates.
Monitor vendor payment agreements and prepare/maintain documentation for future reference.
Work closely with various departments to facilitate timely vendor payment clearance.
Conduct data cleaning, tabulation, and verification, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.
Manage multiple tasks and reporting assignments simultaneously.
Deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
Demonstrate strong team collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven 3-4 experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Vendor Coordination.
Strong command of Advanced Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
