Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Goregaon. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee planning and executing merchandising strategies that align with market trends and client needs. Daily tasks include managing customer orders, coordinating with the production team, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The Senior Merchandiser will also analyze the TNAs and is suppose to play a role of Whistle blower whereever he/she sees the processes being delayed , develop crisis management strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in export house and manufacturing industries.
• Ability to analyze production processes and quality standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Goregaon
• Experience in the apparel manufacturing and export sector is a plus
