Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Paid Growth Strategy

  for assigned clinics: market sizing, offer positioning, channel mix, and experimentation roadmap.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on

  Meta (Lead/Conversion)

  and

  Google (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)

  across multiple cities.
• Build

  keyword/audience

  strategies, write high?converting ad copies & hooks; brief & review creatives.
• Implement accurate

  conversion tracking

  (Pixels, GTM, GA4), set up

  offline conversions

  (GCLID/FBCLID/Lead ID) and CRM routing (TeleCRM/Zoho/WhatsApp).
• Daily optimization: bids, budgets, placements, negatives, frequency, and

  A/B testing

  .
• Drive

  CRO

  on landing pages (load speed, trust signals, forms, CTA hierarchy) with web/design.
• Maintain clean

  SOPs & naming conventions

  ; ship weekly reports with

  CPL, CPA, ROAS, bookings

  .
• Ensure

  policy & privacy

  compliance for healthcare verticals.
• Collaborate with CSMs & Sales to improve

  lead quality ? appointment ? show?ups

Must?Have Skills

• Proven hands?on Meta & Google Ads experience with

  lead?gen at scale

  .
• Strong analytics: explain movements in

  CTR/CVR/CPL/CPA

  with data and clear next actions.

• GA4, GTM, Pixel

  implementation, UTM hygiene, Sheets/Excel proficiency.
• Clear communication, speed, and multi?account prioritization.

• Healthcare performance marketing

  exposure is a big plus.
• TeleCRM/Zoho, call tracking, WhatsApp flow automation.
• Basic CRO (Hotjar/Clarity insights, form tests),

  n8n/Zapier

  exposure, basic HTML.
• Tamil proficiency (many clients are TN?based).
