Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Performance Marketing Strategy:** Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to acquire customers, maximize ROI, and expand reach in European markets. - **Campaign Management & Optimization:** Manage large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies to enhance performance and profitability. - **Cross-Channel Integration:** Align paid media efforts with organic, social, and email marketing initiatives to create a seamless customer journey and boost conversion rates. - **Creative Testing & Execution:** Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-specific ad creatives, focusing on engagement and following TikTok, Meta, and Google best practices. - **Net Dollar Retention:** Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through targeted remarketing and personalized ad experiences. - **Data-Driven Insights:** Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns in real-time based on first-order profitability, LTV, and NDR. - **Market Adaptation:** Tailor paid media strategies to European markets by adjusting creatives, messaging, and targeting to reflect local consumer behavior and trends. - **Competitive Benchmarking:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies within jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to maximize campaign results. - **Emerging Platforms & Growth Opportunities:** Explore advertising on emerging platforms like TikTok to drive incremental sales, reach new audience segments, and enhance engagement. - **Performance Reporting & Insights:** Provide actionable insights and comprehensive performance reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting growth opportunities and optimization strategies. - **Budget Management:** Oversee monthly ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to balance cost efficiency with impactful growth strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Experience:** 5+ years managing large-scale ad accounts in US and European markets, with expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. - **Campaign Strategy:** Proven ability to create high-converting campaign strategies that focus on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. - **Technical Expertise:** Proficiency in advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools. - **Geographic Insight:** Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in US and European markets. - **Analytical Skills:** Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. - **Creative Collaboration:** Experience working with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives. - **Preferred:** Background in e-commerce, particularly in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle sectors, and knowledge of Net Dollar Retention strategies.
