As a Sr. Media Buyer at Katyayani Organics, you will play a crucial role in leading digital marketing initiatives across various paid channels. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and driving customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels. - Manage budget allocations and forecasts across all paid channels to ensure maximum return on investment. - Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvements. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment. - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives for informed decision-making. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to implement innovative strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. - Proven track record of managing successful ROAS in large-scale paid ad campaigns. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and project management skills. As a plus, experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector and certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint would be preferred.
