Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Meta Ads. - Develop creative and effective strategies leveraging advanced techniques like SKAG and audience targeting. - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their objectives and translate them into actionable ad campaigns. - Constantly research and brainstorm novel approaches to improve campaign performance and ROI. - Monitor campaign metrics and optimize based on data insights to enhance effectiveness. - Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages, ensuring data-driven creative solutions. - Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations to implement cutting-edge techniques. - Deliver campaign performance reports to clients and recommend future enhancements. - Supervise keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. - Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on campaign management and industry best practices. Key Skills: - Excellent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in Google AdWords and Meta Ads. - Strong comprehension skills. - Ability to derive insights from data. - Proficiency in industry trend tracking. - Experience in campaign monitoring. - Effective client communication abilities. - Competency in campaign setup. - Proficiency in ideation and collaborating creatively. - Experience in performance reporting. - Strong presentation skills. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Google AdWords Certification (preferred). - Relevant courses or certifications in digital marketing (optional).
