Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for product awareness and sales growth.
  
• Coordinate between digital, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  

2. Product Marketing:

• Lead

  new product launch strategies

  from concept to market introduction.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
  
• Develop promotional materials, brochures, videos, and POS displays.
  

3. Branding & Communication:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  
• Manage creative and content requirements with internal and external teams.
  
• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meets.
  

4. Digital & Field Marketing:

• Oversee social media campaigns, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and website updates.
  
• Coordinate with regional teams for offline marketing, dealer branding, and field promotions.
  

5. Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Design teams for campaign alignment.
  
• Analyze results, prepare monthly marketing reports, and suggest improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
  
• 6–7 years of experience in

  marketing, branding, or product promotion

  (preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries).
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing tools and offline brand activations

  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  
• Creative mindset with ability to think strategically and execute practically.
