Job Description

Campaign & content management

  • Set up and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including different formats.
  • Collaborate with content creators to tailor visuals, copy, and messages that connect with our professional audiences.
  • Implement organic content strategies that grow engagement and strengthen our digital community.

Brand awareness & communications

  • Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects and special campaigns to enhance our public image.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, brochures, and reports.
  • Participate in building brand awareness through advertising, social media, and partnership initiatives.
  • Liaise with media, agencies, and public relations partners as needed to support brand campaigns.

Performance & analytics

  • Monitor campaign results using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other analytics platforms.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance and optimize budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine creative, targeting, and messaging approaches.
  • Prepare status and performance reports for the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team.

Collaboration

  • Partner with global marketing, design, and sales teams to align LinkedIn activities with business priorities.
  • Support cross-functional projects that advance digital marketing capability.
  • Share knowledge and assist in developing best practices across regions and time zones.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and organic campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt to corporate and regional audiences.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under limited supervision.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures in a truly global environment.
  • University degree in a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Marketing/Media agency experience in social media is desirable.

Collaboration & autonomy

  • You ll work under limited supervision, using sound judgment aligned with Worley s marketing strategy and brand voice. You ll often work independently but will need to ability to demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork.
