Job Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type : Full-time Work Mode : Onsite Experience : 5+ years Preferred Gender : Female Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead and support marketing and field sales activities, with a strong focus on IT Sales . This is an onsite role based in Coimbatore, best suited for a motivated individual with more than 5 years of experience, excellent coordination skills and hands-on knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM systems. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with IT sales objectives Take a hands-on role in field sales by attending client visits and promotional activities to strengthen brand recognition and attract new business. Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage customer data, track lead pipelines and analyze campaign effectiveness Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with client acquisition and retention strategies Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and marketing materials Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy and improve outreach Organize and manage marketing events, webinars and exhibitions Track KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and optimize campaign strategies Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral Guide and mentor junior team members in daily tasks and project execution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to IT Sales and field sales Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
