Business Analyst (BA) Internship – iTech Software Group, Coimbatore

Position: Business Analyst Intern Full-Time
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Duration: 6 months (flexible based on project requirements)

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst Intern at iTech Software Group, you'll bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You'll assist in requirements gathering, support strategic project planning and contribute to data-driven decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, use cases and process flows.
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Create visual artifacts like flowcharts, wireframes and dashboards to communicate business processes and solutions.
• Assist in drafting presentations, reports and business cases for internal or client use.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and assist in QA/test documentation.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and sprint cycles to support agile processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in Management, Business Analytics, Computer Applications or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic familiarity with agile methodologies or project documentation is a plus.
• Motivation to learn and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment.
