About the Role

driven and creative Senior Associate – Event Marketing & Communications

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end planning and execution

    of online events and masterclasses.
  • Drive

    registrations and attendance

    through high-performing campaigns across:
  • Email marketing
  • WhatsApp broadcasts
  • SMS campaigns
  • In-app push notifications
  • Community posts (Reddit, Quora, Telegram, etc.)
  • Create

    compelling and conversion-driven communication

    across all event channels.
  • Coordinate with

    internal and external stakeholders

    (speakers, partners, design, ops) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyze the

    event funnel performance

    (registrations → show-up → retention) and continuously optimize outcomes.
  • Identify gaps and

    brainstorm creative ideas

    to improve reach and engagement.
  • Manage

    post-event follow-ups

    , feedback loops, and performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional

    copywriting, storytelling, and email writing

    skills — you know how to grab attention and convert it.
  • Strong understanding of

    marketing funnels, audience psychology, and content performance metrics

    who enjoys testing and learning what works.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as

  • Excellent

    project management and cross-functional coordination

    skills.
  • High sense of

    ownership
